Brody loves to vacuum, saves Nana lots of time.
He gets in those hard to reach spots.
Grandpa Daba's bread..... fresh from the oven, cost pennies to make, a special treat.

Lou's Bread
5 pounds flour
3 eggs
1 stick of butter melted and cooled
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 cups of lukewarm water
2 more cups of lukewarm water
1 cup of lukewarm milk
In a large pan, place flour. Make a well. Add eggs, milk, butter, salt, and yeast dissolved in 2 cups of water
Mix well, adding additional water as needed. Knead on bread board until elastic and pliable. Place dough in pan. Cover. Let rise in unlit oven until double in bulk. Shape into loaves and place in pans. Let rise again. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool. Yields 4 loaves.
