Thanks grandmas... for your comments. This Christmas was alot of fun, some of it was a blast.. and we did create memories. I appreciate your grandma thoughts. We grandmas are the best aren't we?
So I'm curious--how was the experience with the real tree? I came within an inch of buying an artificial tree this year, but then saw a gorgeous Noble fir. It stayed green and beautiful, but it still made a mess by the time it was time to take it down. We like large trees, so there is no way to get it out the door without knocking off tons of needles. But I still think I'm glad I passed on the artificial tree.
Susan, I don't know if I can go back to using the fake tree. Someone said my tree was... Organic. That's what it felt like, pure, heathly and nourishing to the Christmas spirit. It wasn't a Noble, but I love Nobles. It was some kind of blend with a nice piney smell.
