I love this one liner. It has to be the best remedy of all time. Now is big. David Whyte, the poet, has said and this isn't word for word, but something to the effect that human beings are the only creatures who appear to be present while having thoughts of the past or future. He frames this with an unforgettable line... An armadillo is an armadillo in all it's armadilloness.
This is not to say give up on making plans or reflecting on past paths. Now is just a sweet place to
practice being. If you think about it, now is where happy children live! And we all have a piece of a happy kid in our heart. Happy Sunday Morning at 7:30 AM.
